During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with a couple of things about the hotel. the accommodation was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. the hotel's key location made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing various amenities. I enjoyed the advantage of having excellent spa facilities on-site, which included invigorating Thai massages.

There were some aspects of my experience that could be improved. The breakfast provided at the hotel could use some enhancement to cater to more diverse tastes, particularly by including options like scrambled eggs.

During our Easter stay, we had a great time at the hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. We particularly enjoyed the good connection to public transport, making it easy for us to explore the nearby restaurants, shops, and beauty salons. the location was convenient, and we appreciated the proximity to the shopping center, which was a short distance away.

There was room for improvement regarding the breakfast. There weren't many varieties of food, and the restaurant was closed.
